It is vital that we continue to raise awareness for Men’s Health, and normalise speaking up & getting help when in need. The very sad thing is that we all know someone who is struggling with their mental health, & Men in particular find it hard to reach out during these times. The DGR ride aims to raise awareness for this, & get people talking.
