FOX Suspension for V-Twin Motorcycles
FOX started making suspension in the 70’s and are best known for their shocks in the off-road scene. Almost 50 years of experience, research and development has kept them at the leading edge.
More recently FOX have expanded their range to include front and rear suspension for Harley-Davidson Motorcycles. They have hit the ground running with a great range of front and rear FOX Suspension that provides a far superior ride over the stock suspension.
FOX Shocks – QS3 & QSR Series
Adjustable 3-Position Compression
The Quick Switch three-position compression (QS3) adjuster on piggyback or remote reservoirs allow you to select between three specific settings: maximum comfort, extra support during hard acceleration, or most responsive and precise handling.
Adjustable 3-Position Rebound
FOX’s new three-position Quick Switch Rebound (QSR) with three distinct settings make it easy to dial in the correct rebound for different riding situations: comfort on bumpy backroads, any-road balance of control and comfort, and a glued-to-the-asphalt feeling on smooth twisty roads.
FOX Shocks – IFP Series
Internal Floating Piston (IFP)
FOX’s super high-flowing pistons maintain that fluid feeling of comfort and smoothness that is so characteristic of a big V-twin while never letting that motion get out of control. The internal floating piston (IFP) found in all of FOX’s Performance Street Series shocks separates the nitrogen gas from the shock oil, means your shocks will maintain damping control no matter how long you ride.
Dialing in the correct sag into your shocks is essential to a great ride. FOX Suspension makes it easy with our unique preload adjustment markings and an included non-marring toothed adjusting tool make setting up your bike a snap.
FOX Shocks – Fork Spring Kits
These Heavy Duty 49mm Fork Spring Kits fit Touring models 2014up. They’re designed to work with your existing forks to maintain your original look. The linear spring rate provides consistent force which reduces that brake dive.
The cartridge’s opposed-piston design creates a sealed system to prevent air from mixing into the oil, resulting in consistent damping control no matter how long you ride. Additionally, the cartridge’s spring-loaded upper piston moves easily to absorb even the smallest bumps, unlike gas-charged designs that can create internal friction and a harsh ride.
