The Meaning Behind the Name
People often wonder about the name Ciro3D. The name “Ciro” has Latin roots meaning “Ruler,” reflecting Aero’s vision for the company to rule the motorcycle and powersports industry. The addition of “3D” emphasizes the company’s modern approach using 3D cad design software and a 3D Stratasys prototype maker.
The Young Visionary: Aero Rudd
Most people are surprised to discover that the CEO of Ciro is Aero Rudd, a 31-year-old visionary with powersports in his blood. Being the son of industry icon Tom Rudd, Aero’s passion for the motorcycle industry was ignited from a very young age.
Growing up around motorcycles and automotive parts, working different jobs at Kuryakyn, Aero developed a keen interest in the R&D department. He forged lifelong friendships and connections that would eventually become part of Ciro3D’s team. Aero’s educational journey led him to study entrepreneurship at the University of St. Thomas. However, he decided to invest in his business rather than complete his degree, thus giving birth to Ciro.
His entire family, including his sister Azura, who serves as the Marketing and Social Media Manager, has a robust connection to the motorcycle industry. Aero’s passion for building cars and motorcycles led to the establishment of Ciro3D, where he could finally pursue his dream.

Starting with a focus on the automotive and UTV industry, Aero soon realized the potential in the motorcycle/automotive industry, an area he knew best. A pact with a leading distributor led to the distribution of Ciro’s unique product line in the USA, alongside private-label designs for other companies.
But it’s not just business that drives Aero. An adrenaline junkie at heart, his love for speed, mountain biking, slalom skiing, kite boarding, and bungee jumping reflects in his company’s energetic approach to design.
