117ci Big Bore Kit – Black. Fits Twin Cam 2007-2017

* 117in. Standard Compression – Flat Top Pistons

* Note: Crankcases must be bored to accept the larger 4-1/8in. bore cylinders

* Compression Ratios:

85cc Stock Heads = 10.9:1

89cc S&S Heads = 10.5:1

91cc S&S Heads = 10.3:1

95cc SE Heads = 10.0:1

* This big bore cylinder and piston kit contains S&S 4-1/8in. bore cylinders and forged flat topped pistons, rings, wrist pins, head and base gaskets. The cylinders are machined with the stock bolt pattern and ar e intended for use in stock crankcases of 2007-2017 Twin Cam engines.

* The stock 4-3/8in. stroke and 4-1/8in. bore result in a 117′ displacement.

* Cylinder finish is a durable wrinkle black powder coat. This cylinder kit may be used with stock or S&S cylinder heads with stock bolt pattern.

* For best performance, appropriate camshafts, performance air cleaner, performance exhaust and fuel system tuning are required.

Tech Tips:-

* Crankcases must be bored to ac cept the larger 4-1/8in. bore cylinders.

* Although not mandatory, we recommend adding an oil cooler to bikes ridden in warmer climates

* The 117in. cylinder kit will reduce the engine height ~.060in., this may require the stock manifold be shortened by sanding some material off each side of the intake runner

* S&S recommends retrofitting a Timken bearing SS31-4013 into 2003-2016 model crankcases with the use of a Timken sleeve, Jim’s #JM-956. A charging system spacer for 1999–2002 model year is also required. S&S # SS310-0761
