KPMI cylinder alignment dowels are machined from steel and receive a black oxide surface treatment. OEM Cylinder Alignment Dowels are often galled and distorted when removed during a top end job. Attempting to straighten and clean the OD of the old dowels is a time wasting, money loosing operation. New KPMI steel dowels make , a quick, clean, easy, and accurate reassembly.
