Arlen Ness have been designing unique parts and accessories for Harley-Davidson & Indian Motorcycles since 1970. Over the years the range has expanded to match it’s global reach. The KING Of Custom Motorcyle Builders
Arlen Ness started out in the 1960’s customizing his own Harley-Davidson. He had little more than a spray can and a vision of what he wanted his first bike to look like.
His first chopper quickly caught the attention of other riders and thus began his career customizing motorcycles. He was a great innovator and his designs truly forged a path for the development of an After Market Industry.
A family owned business was started in 1970 and Arlen Ness Motorcycles is now an Internationally recognized and highly respected brand of Motorcycle Accessories.
MOTORCYCLE ACCESSORIES by ARLEN NESS
Grips & Mirrors
We stock a great range of AN grips and pegs featuring Kraton Rubber to ensure a comfortable grip in all weather conditions.
The end caps are CNC machined billet aluminum with a laser cut Arlen Ness logo.
All of these are available as matching hand grips, foot pegs and shifter pegs so you can complete the look of your build.
Some Grip designs also come in feature colours.
The mirrors are also Forged and/or CNC machined billet aluminum with a hard anodized or Chrome finish. They have heavy duty stainless steel internal pivot hardware and both standard & metric mounting hardware is included.
Air Cleaners
If you want more power then you need to let your engine breathe with a high-flow performance air cleaner.
Arlen Ness have a great range to match your personal style.
One of our most popular air cleaners is the “Big Sucker” (pictured here). It provides great air flow and you have a number of cover options to choose from. If you want to save some money you can reuse your OEM cover, but the Arlen Ness covers look cooler.
We also stock the Monster Sucker, 15 Spoke, 65 Degree, Tear Sucker, Cross Spoke, Velocity 90, Slot Track & Method Air Cleaners.
Brake Disc Rotors
When you start adding power gains to your bike you need to keep it balanced by boosting your stopping power.
These Big Brake Rotors from Arlen Ness are just what you need to keep you safe from the unexpected obstacles in your path.
Their floating disc rotors are made with a CNC machined 6061 billet inner carrier and a 420 stainless steel outer disc.
The Big Brake Disc Rotors are available in 14″ and 15″.
They also have standard sized rotors in 11.5″ and 11.8″
Wheels
Great attention to detail and hitting that perfect balance of precision engineering with aesthetic style.
These wheels are precision machined from radial forged 6061-T6 aluminum to provide maximum durability on all road conditions. all designs are structurally tested to exceed DOT, JAS and TUV International load ratings.
You know the manufacturing is top quality so what really matters now is the look and we think they look Awesome.
Fenders
Maybe you’re changing to a bigger wheel or maybe you’ve had a ding. Either way we have some great fender options for you…
These fenders are stamped from one piece of 14 gauge steel to wrap your tyre.
Rollies Speed Shop stocks 21″ and 23″ fenders.
Pictured here is the Radial Fat Wrap Front Fender to cover a fat tyre on an 18″ x 5.5″ front wheel… Add the Arlen Ness Fat Tyre type Fork Boots (AN-120-000) and Fat Factory Forged front wheel kit (AN-91-650) for the complete look and easy installation.
Floorboards
All of these Floorboards are CNC machined from billet aluminum.
Most designs have an extended length, 18″ x 5.75″ for added comfort. Ideal for guys with big feet, these will give you a bigger range to find that ideal riding position.
All Floorboards have rubber inserts that provide great traction and also help protect the finish on the aluminum.
