It all started in 1989 as Father & Son (Donald Arnott & Adam Arnott) travelled around Florida repairing faulty automobile air suspension. They quickly gained a reputation for quality repair work. Â
They soon realized they could help more people by developing their own high quality air suspension kits rather than spending all of their time repairing other brands faults. The knowledge they had gained from repairing other brands helped them design & develop a much better product.
At the age of 12 Adam Arnott showed great mechanical aptitude, combining that with Donald Arnott’s love of Motorcycles they created their own motorcycle suspension parts.
Now 30+ years down the road they produce Air Ride Suspension for motorcycles, cars & trucks. Rollies Speed Shop stocks the Arnott motorcycle Suspension range for our Australian & Kiwi riders.
THE BENEFITS OF TRUE AIR RIDE SUSPENSION
The biggest benefit of Arnott Air Ride Suspension is having the power to make instant adjustments at your fingertips.
Air Shocks use an Air Spring or Air Bag rather than a traditional coil spring. This allows you to adjust the ride height of your motorcycle by adding or removing air. You don’t even need to get off your bike to make any adjustments, simply use the handlebar control to raise and lower your bike.

ARNOTT TruAIR® TECHNOLOGY
These Arnott Air Ride Shocks are designed specifically for motorcycles. This is where they started and it is the core of their business. They focus on developing the best air shocks for large V-Twin Motorcycles.
Arnott’s TruAIR® technology provides fast, on-the-fly adjustable air spring suspension using a powerful onboard compressor unit.
All Arnott shocks are designed to allow fender clearance when fully deflated so that you can’t accidentally damage your tyres. They also have a max height that provides maximum suspension travel without adding extra stress to your drivetrain.
The combination of a multi-ply Goodyear® Bladder and a Monotube Damper give you a smooth ride without the “Bouncy” feel you get from a basic Air Canister/Cylinder shock. There’s also a Urethane Bump Stop as a backup absorber for those unexpected large impacts.
Fine tuning your Air Ride Shocks only takes a few minutes to get dialled in perfectly while you’re sitting on your bike. This is much easier than conventional spring and shock tuning. If the riding conditions change (smooth & flat city streets to twisty & rough mountain roads) you can make adjustments to keep it smooth & comfortable while riding.Â
If your load changes during your ride by adding or removing a passenger you can adjust it quickly and keep on riding.  This is the biggest benefit of installing Arnott Air Ride Shocks in our eyes. Having your suspension setup correctly makes a huge difference to the performance and handling of your bike. Easily keeping your suspension correctly tuned for the conditions is extremely convenient and a big safety factor that is true value for money.
When stopping or parking you can release air and lower your bike so you can get both feet flat on the ground, making it easier for you to manoeuvre and when it’s parked your bike looks awesome with the shock fully lowered.
