2025 Breakout 117ci – Feuling Reaper 521 Cam

Aggressive pulling power with a nasty sound, the REAPER 521 grind will shine in Gen 2 applications with 117 and larger cubic inch engines.
The stock throttle body produces an excellent powerband and use of a high flow throttle body will increase peak power numbers. A high flow exhaust system and air cleaner is highly recommended for optimal performance.

2023 CVO Street Glide 121ci VVT – TTS 195 Cam

The TTS 195 cam was specifically developed Gen 2 Milwaukee-Eight VVT engines 2023up. It’s a very smooth cam which gives a nice increase in horsepower & torque across the board. The power delivery & rideability of this cam are amazing.
Broad, strong torque between 3000-4000rpm
It’s a great bolt in cam for a VVT.
2024 Street Glide 117ci – Star Racing M28/540 Cam

This engine was built by another shop. The base line has been used from a totally stock 2024 Road Glide we have had on our dyno.

This bike & combination would have benefited from more back pressure. The open headers & open mufflers created a dip at 2500rpm.
That being said, the overall figures are huge.
A nearly 40HP gain which is a 45% increase in power.
And peak torque of 132 ft-lbs at 4000rpm.
It truly is the best of both worlds.
2024 Road Glide 117ci – Totally Stock

2024 Street Bob 114ci – S&S HPT496 Cam

The S&S 496 cam is fast becoming a favourite for BIG power in 114ci & 117ci engines.
This cam added 33 horsepower, which is a 40% increase. There was also a noticeable ‘increase/change’ in torque.
The stock cam makes early torque, but it only lasts between 2500-3000rpm, then falls off the cliff. The S&S cam moved the peak torque slightly back to 3000rpm but then held peak numbers from 3000-5000rpm.
At 4500rpm there is about 15 ft-lbs extra. S&S are not wrong with their sales pitch on this cam!

This Wood Performance cam is Low range rpm focused but with big gains across the board.
This is a great cam in a heavy Ultra Limited Touring bike. You can feel this cam by the seat of your pants.
From 3000rpm & it has huge increases.
At 4500rpm there is a 20ft-lbs difference over stock.
