What is the TTS MasterTune?
The TTS MasterTune CAN 6 Pin is a plug-and-play tuning solution specifically engineered for 2021-up Harley-Davidson® Touring and Softail models, including the 2026 model year. This advanced tuner connects directly to your bike’s CAN bus system via the factory 6-pin diagnostic port, eliminating the need to modify the OEM harness. It delivers custom fuel maps, ignition timing adjustments, and closed-loop fuel control to match your specific engine modifications, exhaust, air cleaner, camshafts, or compression changes. The TTS MasterTune reads real-time engine data, allowing you to datalog every ride and fine-tune performance based on actual conditions, not generic maps. Available in Australia exclusively through Rollies Speed Shop.
The TTS MasterTune doesn’t rely on pre-loaded generic maps. It includes TTS Tuner software that lets you, or your dealer, build a custom tune specific to your bike’s modifications. Whether you’re running a Stage 1 exhaust and air cleaner combo, high-performance camshafts, or a full engine build, the MasterTune adjusts fuel delivery and ignition timing across the entire RPM range.
The integrated data logging feature records throttle position, air-fuel ratio, RPM, engine temperature, and knock sensor activity during every ride. That data tells you exactly how the engine is responding, so you can refine the tune for maximum performance, improved fuel economy, or both, no guesswork, no relying on outdated maps written for someone else’s bike.
The 6-pin CAN connection means installation takes minutes, not hours. You plug the TTS MasterTune into the factory diagnostic port under the left side cover, connect it to your Windows laptop via USB, and launch the tuning software. No splicing wires, no risk of damaging the factory harness. When you’re done tuning, the MasterTune stays connected and continues to manage fuel and timing in real time, reading sensor data and adjusting parameters thousands of times per second.
Yes. The TTS MasterTune CAN 6 Pin is fully compatible with all 2021-up Touring and Softail models, including the 2025 and 2026 model years. TTS provides software updates as new models are released, ensuring ongoing compatibility.
The TTS MasterTune supports Stage 1 bolt-ons (exhaust, air cleaner), Stage 2 camshaft upgrades, Stage 3 big-bore kits, and full custom engine builds. The tuning software includes base maps for common setups, which you can refine using datalogging.
Yes. The TTS MasterTune stores your factory tune before making any changes. You can reload the stock map at any time through the tuning software — useful for warranty service or resale.
