Mackay Harley-Davidson has their annual Valley Thunder Run on Saturday August 16, 2025. Registrations open from 1st July, right up to the day at their store 26 Peel St from 9am.

Cost – $50(Inc. Event t-shirt & stubby cooler) Pillions & Kids are FREE.

Ride leaves at 11am from Mackay H-D to Pinnacle Hotel Come along just for the afternoon or camp the night. ALL BIKES WELCOME.  You can take part in a variety of games or watch, laugh, dance and have fun. ie: Dyno shootout, Show & Shine, Bike Games, Burnout Comp, Tatto, Beard & Mullet Comp, Pie Eating, Tug of War, Coin Toss etc.
